The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing intuitive, user-centric web and mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end product design for SaaS-based platforms. You will be responsible for understanding user needs and translating complex business requirements into elegant, seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Interface Design: Conceptualize and design highly engaging, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications. Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business and technical goals. Prototyping & Systems: Create comprehensive wireframes, user flows, mockups, high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems. User Research: Conduct user research, run usability testing sessions, and continuously iterate on designs based on data and user feedback. UX Strategy: Apply robust user-centered design (UCD) principles to deliver friction-free user journeys. Developer Handoff: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure precise, pixel-perfect implementation of your designs. Brand Consistency: Maintain visual uniformity across all digital products and related brand/marketing assets. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with evolving UI/UX trends, modern design tools, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer. Prior experience working on SaaS products is highly preferred. Design Toolkit: Exceptional proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or InVision. Core Methodologies: Deep understanding of responsive layouts, mobile-first design, information architecture, wireframing, and interactive prototyping. Standards: Familiarity with modern usability principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG). Innovation: Experience using AI-powered design tools to optimize design and brainstorming workflows is a strong advantage.
