47Billion is Hiring: UX Designer (3+ Years Experience) ​About the Role 47Billion is seeking a creative, user-centric UX Designer to join our team in Indore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming complex problems into intuitive, engaging, and seamless digital experiences for our global clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, throughout the entire product lifecycle. ​Key Responsibilities ​User Research & Discovery: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather actionable insights and understand user needs and pain points. ​Information Architecture & Wireframing: Translate user insights into user flows, information architecture maps, low-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes. ​UI/UX Design Execution: Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring consistency and adherence to modern design systems. ​Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and work alongside product teams to define product scopes and strategies. ​Continuous Improvement: Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and usability evaluations. ​Requirements & Qualifications ​Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX design. ​Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Figma and other industry-standard prototyping/design tools. ​Core Competencies: Proven experience in user research, wireframing, user journey mapping, and prototyping. ​Educational Requirement: A formal Design degree from a recognized Design College/Institute is mandatory. ​Work Arrangement: Work from Office (Indore). ​How to Apply Ready to take the next step in your design career?
